On arrival - Toni came out said she was full of anger and not sure she was up to engaging. I said we could just walk and talk and maybe off loading could possibly be helpful. Toni opened up a lot about the abuse she has been through and other things she struggles with- mostly hurting her girlfriend and sometimes herself when she can’t regulate her emotions. Toni also spoke about negative thoughts in her constantly so we did talk about possibly talking to a professional about this and possibly getting an assessment done. Have to to police youth aid officer with a plan to take her to youth hub.
