Mentoring Debrief
Therapy session- after her session we went to do some boxing- but she was a little upset. We sat and talked instead she opened up a lot about struggling with her emotions and the voices in her head. So we have decided for me to sit in her therapy sessions as she thinks it may help to get things out to her therapist.
